PEAK TRAINING AND TTT PROGRAMS
All PEAK Training and Train-the-Trainer Programs are custom tailored to meet client needs. In general, all programs are done in both small group sessions; combining workshops (theory) and practical (Kaizen) events, as well as side-by-side, on-the-floor implementation.
PEAK Certification Programs are also tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and typically focused on middle-management to executive levels, though some clients request PEAK Certification Programs be developed for SME Staff as well.
Each Certification Program follows PEAK methodologies and program syllabus, one-on-one coaching, validation of successful display of understanding, and proficiency testing before receiving final certification.
Final Certification is valid for 24 to 36 months before mini-refresher courses are recommended.

Management Executive Certificate (MEC)
From the C-Suite to the Front-line Team Leader; the MEC is tailored made specific to each participant, designed to address and train each individual in areas where they can transform.
After a transparent 360 degree gap assessment, the results are discussed together with the individual and a growth plan is developed, the results of which become the game plan and road map for certification.
Each MEC achieved is a formal recognition of professional development and serves as verifiable commitment to continuous learning, with results that are impactful and often life changing.
All PEAK Management Training and Leadership Development Programs are designed around central tracks that consist of flexible courses designed to enable participants to further their business knowledge and leadership skills, while working on a pace that works best for them.
While participants will receive an MEC at the conclusion of each individual course, our Management Executive Programs are built upon pillars of successful executive leadership; designed to lift executives and middle managers to new heights of performance and results, with dozens of back-to-back programs to choose from, courses can be built into annual employee assessments, performance reviews, and bonus compensation.
